The Challenge

The project required a premium skincare gift set box while addressing the risk of swollen corners and adhesive problems after transport.

Structural & Material Solution

The board specification was upgraded from 1200gsm to 1500gsm. Corner wrapping was strengthened and humidity control was added. The interior used black flocked EVA for product positioning.

Key Improvement

The main structural change was the move from 1200gsm to 1500gsm, supported by stronger corner wrapping and humidity control.

Quality Control

Inspection focused on the approved board, corner wrapping, adhesive condition, surface finishing, insert fit and finished-box condition.
