The Challenge

The perfume packaging needed a premium surface that could remain presentable during handling.

Structural & Material Solution

The surface specification was changed from conventional matte film to double-sided scratch-resistant film while retaining the magnetic rigid structure and black flocked EVA.

Key Improvement

The finish was selected around the handling requirement rather than appearance alone.

Quality Control

Inspection covered printing registration, film application, surface appearance, magnetic closure, dimensions and EVA fit.
